During all of our services - we protect your carpets from any soiling that may result from furniture being placed on damp carpet, by using protective foil pads and/or polystyrene pads. We treat your home with respect.

We ask you to remove any small pieces of furniture or objects from the room, and vacuum the area before we arrive. (Please let us know if this is not possible and we will arrange to do it for you).

Services

Free evaluation of your carpets and upholstery. This service is free to all who require an honest and complete appraisal of their carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. We make an appointment to suit you, we visit you to make an assessment of the cleaning service level required, you receive a written no obligation quotation, we are honest with you and we listen to you.

Premier - full deep clean (includes stain removal). This is an intense clean with emphasis on spot and stain removal. Fabric fresheners and conditioners are standard during this clean. First we treat any spots or stains (it's helpful if you know what they are).

Second we use a safe Eco-friendly pre-spray to breakdown and emulsify not only the surface dirt and grime but also to get deep down into the pile therefore enabling us to remove dirt, grime, grit and critters that you cannot see.

Third we use a hot water extraction method to rinse and clean deep down into the pile of carpets and upholstery, lifting out allergens, pollutants, dirt, grime, and any stain removal products. Your carpets are clean, feeling soft, smelling fresh and your indoor air quality is healthier. After this clean we recommend a freshen-up deep clean every 12 months and a premier clean every 12-18 months after that (see Maintenance cleans).

Anti-Allergy clean. We use Allerg-Stop anti allergy cleaning solutions and after treatment products. 

This product is based on a world patented system which uses Auxillase (a naturally occurring enzyme derived from the Papaya fruit).

 Allerg-Stop is completely safe for humans and pets, and is fully biodegradable.

 Allerg-Stop works by breaking down and eliminating air allergens such as house dust (mite excrement), pollen, animal hair, and mould spores.

Freshen-up deep clean. This clean will leave your carpets clean and fresh - First an appropriate pre-spray is applied to break down and lift oil, dirt, dust mites, and pollutants from your carpet and upholstery fibres. Second your carpets and upholstery are then rinsed and the pre-spray is extracted out. This will leave your carpets and upholstery looking and feeling soft and clean.
